She arrived, sang and won. It was the first that Italy had won the contest and Gigliola emerged from it an international figure. In those first years of her career, she got into the habit of recording all her songs in Spanish.

Two years later she repeated first place in San Remo with "Dio come ti amo" which also had a version in our language. Since then, Gigliola Cinquetti has continued to make international tours like the one that brought her to Spain in 2017. For this reason, as a tribute, Ramalama has put together this double CD in which all her recordings appear in Spanish, on the first disc and in Italian on the second. second. Plus the gift of a French-Italian dialogue with the great Maurice Chevalier.

En el Festival de San Remo de 1964 aparecio una nina de quince anos que rompio todos los pronosticos para alzarse con el triunfo con "Non ho l'eta" (No tengo edad. para amarte) que no solo se llevo el pr puesto sino que fue designada como representante italiana en el festival de Eurovision que se celebraba en Copenhague. En aquellos pros anos de carrera tomo la buena costumbre de grabar todas sus canciones en espanol. Dos anos mas tarde repitio pr puesto en San Remo con "Dio come ti amo" que tambien tuvo version en nuestro idioma. Desde entonces, Gigliola Cinquetti sigue haciendo giras internacionales como la que le trae a Espana en 2017. Por eso, como homenaje, Ramalama ha montado este doble CD en el que aparecen todas sus grabaciones en espanol, en el pr disco y en italiano en el segundo. Mas el regalo de un dialogo frances-italiano con el gran Maurice Chevalier.
