Almost 17 years after Part I, "Curtain Call 2" is now dedicated to the eloquent output that the legendary Detroit MC has released since 2006: All highlights from the Relapse era to the latest "Music To Be Murdered By - Side B" album are combined in the new best-of album - in addition to the key tracks of the solo albums, various side projects, guest appearances and even soundtrack songs. Its predecessor, "Curtain Call: The Hits," broke a record on the U.S. charts as recently as March 2021: it was the first hip-hop album to stay in the top 200 of the Billboard album charts for an entire decade. "Curtain Call" features a total of 3 new songs, including "From The D 2 The LBC," which em recorded with Snoop Dogg, and "The King and I," for which em gets support from CeeLo Green. Another exclusive track will not be revealed until the release.
