BEST TRIBUTE ALBUM I HAVE EVER OWNED.
Always looking for some new blues and I found this double cd set on recently. I didn't know all of the artists but I am a huge fan of Peter Green. To be honest, I didn't expect any of the covered songs to measure up to the quality of Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac. The versions played here are very good and I guess for want of a better phrase... immortalize the great songs of a musical genius.....Peter Green. This is a beautifully presented double cd set with terrific fold-out liner notes, the sort of treatment you would expect for a blues guitar icon. You'll love it !
