Marking the first chapter of Hospital Records' 2020 story is the return of their flagship compilation series, 'Sick Music 2020'. Loaded with 25 brand new tracks from the world of drum & bass, rag from fresh original productions to exclusive new remixes and future classics from the Hospital Records family and some very special guests. The album kicks off the year with first-class sonics from the likes of London Elektricity, Kings Of The Rollers, S.P.Y, Grafix, Inja, Fred V, Unglued, Urbandawn, DRS & Dynamite, Kanine and more.

The charismatic mic champion Degs and production powerhouse Unglued have teamed up on 'Levitate Your Mind' - stocked with feel-good vibrations, bouncing bass and soulful flows.

After the carnage caused by Kings Of The Rollers' 'You Got Me' it's got an equally monstrous remix treatment from Brazillian masted S.P.Y. 'Sick Music 2020' also sees exclusive new remixes of house legends Todd Terry and Roberto Surace by Serum and Unglued.

R&B meets classical drum & bass in Keeno's 'I Wonder' with its bittersweet soul and first-class string work, featuring the sublime vocal workings of Ellie Madison. Connoisseur of soulful D+B, Nu:Tone brings a less dose of classic liquid magic on 'The Moment' ft. Lea Lea.

Lyrical legends DRS & Dynamite are highly acclaimed throughout the world of D+B for their distinctive MC styles, and it's an honour for Hospital Records to have their first official release as a duo on 'Sick Music 2020'.
